Our role in the marketplace

  • The platform lists property and connects buyers, owners, developers, agents, professionals and financing institutions. It is not a party to a property sale, does not hold customer funds, does not operate escrow or a wallet, and does not act as a lender, broker or remittance provider.

Property information

  • Listing content is supplied by the party publishing it. Prices, availability and descriptions can change and may contain errors. Independent verification and professional advice remain your responsibility.

GeoTrust limitations

  • GeoTrust records evidence that has been submitted and reviewed. It does not establish legal ownership, does not determine a legal boundary, does not guarantee title, and does not guarantee the absence of fraud. Verification status cannot be purchased.

Professional services

  • Professionals listed on the platform are independent. Registration, a completed profile or supplied licence information is not an endorsement. Where the platform has verified something, it says exactly what was verified.

Financing institutions

  • The platform presents products published by institutions and routes applications. Every eligibility, pricing and credit decision is made by the institution, not by the platform, and no approval or rate is implied by the platform.

Sponsored content

  • Paid placements are labelled. Sponsorship buys visibility only: it does not affect verification status, risk assessment, safety review or any credit decision.

Fees and subscriptions

  • Amount, currency, billing interval and any promotional terms are shown before purchase. Prices are resolved by the platform, never by the browser. Refunds and billing support are handled through the support route.

Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent, misleading or unlawful listings; no impersonation; no harassment; no attempts to access another user's or organisation's data; no automated abuse of the service.

Intellectual property

  • The platform, its software and its branding remain ours. Content you upload remains yours, and you grant the permissions needed to display and process it for the service.

Suspension and termination

  • Accounts, listings or campaigns may be suspended where there is a credible safety, fraud, legal or payment concern. You may request account closure through Support.

Disclaimers

  • Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, including AI-generated content. Service availability targets are internal operating goals, not contractual guarantees.
