Six steps, every one recorded

The platform keeps a durable record of each step, so buyers, lenders and administrators see the same history.

    Create your account

    Choose your role — buyer, investor, developer, agent or institution.

    Verify your identity

    When identity checks are open, you upload evidence privately and a person at GDE reviews it. An identity check is never a licence or a marketplace approval.

  3. 3

    Shortlist and enquire

    Save listings, compare them and contact the listing representative through the platform.

  4. 4

    Start an application

    Apply against a specific property or unit. You confirm a checklist, submit, and the status and history are recorded against your account.

    Explore financing

    Where a partner institution has active products in that market, you can see them and apply. If none are active, nothing is shown.

  6. 6

    Manage the asset

    Rental income, expenses, valuations and private property documents flow into your portfolio.
